Eligibility and Requirements
Minimum Age
Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
Minimum Investment
The total investment must be at least OMR 200,000 (±USD 520,000).
Clear Criminal Record
Applicants must have no criminal convictions.
Open to Residents and Foreign Investors
Applications are accepted from residents in Oman as well as foreign investors from abroad.
No Prior Deportation
Applicants must not have been previously deported from Oman.
