Migrate World is an Omani company, established in 2022, specialising in government services and consultancy related to the establishment and development of investment-based visa programmes. The company focuses on attracting foreign investment and managing investor applications within precise legal and regulatory frameworks. Migrate World is also committed to enhancing investor awareness of the approved investment pathways under the Golden Residency Program and elevating their investment knowledge, thereby supporting national economic growth, increasing the value of foreign investment, and achieving Omanization targets and sustainable development in the Sultanate of Oman.
Strategic Partnership with the Government
In 2022, Migrate World entered into a close strategic partnership with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion to design, develop, and operate the Golden Residency Program in the Sultanate of Oman, in line with international best practices and globally recognised standards for residency-by-investment programmes.
Official Appointment
This collaboration—built on mutual trust, expertise, and a shared strategic vision—culminated in the signing of an official agreement in August 2023, under which Migrate World was appointed as the officially approved Strategic Operator of the Golden Residency Program. As such, the company became responsible for receiving, assessing, and approving Golden Residency applications.
Official Program Launch
The official launch of the Golden Residency Program took place on 31 August 2025, with Migrate World announced as the program's principal and authorised operator. The programme plays a vital role in enhancing Oman's economic growth and global competitiveness, fully aligned with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.
